Upload Group List for existing booking

This page is for delegates who have already made a group conference booking, but were unable to upload their group list at the time.

You will need your Booking Reference Number* and the email address you used at the time of booking in order to upload your group list.

*The Booking Reference Number is located in the confirmation email which you should have received after completing the registration process.

Please upload a list of the members of your group including the following fields in an Excel Spreadsheet: Delegate title, Delegate firstname, Delegate lastname, delegate email, booked by, booked by email address, date of booking. Please download our template or copy the format for your own spreadsheet.
