Speakers

• Short Biographies/Photos : By Friday 26 February 2010
• Talk Abstracts : By Friday 26 March 2010
• Conference Hotel Arrival/Departure Dates : By Friday 26 March 2010

Bursaries

• Submissions/Requests : By Thursday 31 December 2009
• Approvals : By Friday 15 January 2010

If you have not heard back by then unfortunately your Bursary will not have been awarded.

Posters

• Poster Submissions (to be included in the Abstract book): Friday 26 March 2010

On-site posters will be accepted and every effort will be made to circulate late-breaking abstracts.  Late poster abstracts will be included in the final abstract book to be made available online around one month after the conference.

Oral Platform Proposals

The conference will include rapid-fire, 10 minute oral platform presentations of 8 powerpoint slides each.

• Acceptances : By Friday 26 January 2010
